HISTORY

Galphin Real Estate Services, Inc. (GRES) was formed in 2004 by Joy and Nip Galphin as an affiliate of Galphin Rentals, Inc. which for over 20 years specialized in long-term rentals and now manages over 200 residential and commercial properties in Nassau County. Galphin Rentals began in 1986 as the Rental division of Coldwell Banker - Jasinsky & Associates. It subsequently evolved into Jasinsky Rentals, Inc. In 2004 Joy and Nip Galphin purchased the company and changed the name to Galphin Rentals. In December 2005 it was merged into GRES as the Property Management Division. 

Galphin Real Estate Services, Inc., a 21st century full service real estate company, provides:

  •  Commercial Facility Management & Long Term Leasing Services
  •  Vacation Rental Management & Rental Services
  •  Community Association Management Services 
     

GRES combines our one-on-one personal service with a strong internet presence. From our web site:

  • View and receive statements online and receive monthly distributions --
  • Tenants submit maintenance requests direct to our property managers   
  • Prospective Residents view our properties, establish search profiles and complete applications.

We use e-mail, white mail, fax & the "good old" telephone to communicate regularly with our clients. As an up and coming brokerage, we offer all the services of larger firms while giving our clients personalized attention. Our first commitment is to the individual needs of our clients. 

ORGANIZATION 

Our staff includes the owners, both of whom work in the business full time. Nip Galphin has been a real estate broker for over 30 years, engaging in all phases of brokerage and development activities. Joy Galphin previously owned and operated a large executive office suites business in Atlanta for over 20 years. 

OBJECTIVES

It is the objective of Galphin Real Estate Services to provide our clients with an unparalleled real estate experience whether you are buying, selling, renting or entrusting us to manage your property. We pride ourselves on our commitment to listen to our clients and offer then the specialized service they should expect.

We strive to maximize our owners' return on their investments by using our best efforts to minimize vacancy and keep the properties occupied at the highest rental rates the market will allow for the individual properties. We feel it is our duty to advise our clients, based on our experience, on rental rates and sales prices we feel will be fair and at the same time attract tenants and buyers to the specific property.
